The hotel’s breakfast is amazing and the other restaurants in hotel great also. But the most amazing thing was how the staff went above and beyond during the power outage that affected all of Spain and Portugal yesterday. They remained calm and helpful and served us whatever cold food they could find before it turned dark. We did have to climb 13 flights of stairs and pack in the dark with flash light before power was restored at 11:30 pm. The staff stayed overnight and still served the most amazing breakfast again this morning. All with smiles on their faces.!Wonderful hotel wonderful city and people!❤️❤️"
