"I very much wanted to love this place. It is obvious this used to be an elegant place in the past. Certainly all the people were great and as accommadating as could be. "Hotel is very new so it's clean and all facilities in room and bathroom work well. Front desk staff very helpful. The bed and linens were super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, however the breakfast dining area is very small and doesn’t accommodate everyone. Maybe some tables in the foyer for the overflow would help. Quick trip to the airport and plenty of luggage assistance. Very pleasant 2 night stay, would definitely stay there again. "

"Royalton used to be great place to stay. Current management is very non-customer oriented. Increasing in cost, decreasing in service. Breakfast buffet far fewer items now. Though minibar indicated as included in price, alas, no minibar. Have to beg for towels. At least the long-time staff members still friendly, albeit being restricted by current management in assisting the guests. I miss the old Royalton of even just three years ago. "
