"On one of the nights we stayed, there were children running up and down the corridors all night. When we complained to the hotel staff, as the children were disturbing out sleep, they told us 'they're just children and to use ear-plugs'. Terrible service from the hotel staff. Will not be staying there again."

"Only problem was that the pool gas restricted hours. This was not advertised on website. But, when I checked in and was told about this, I told the very polite receptionist that I wasn’t happy about the pool being closed. He did call me a while later to say that he could arrange for the pool to be opened. I told him that it was not necessary as I was going out."
