"We stayed 3 days here. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We had a pool villa which was just fabulous! My wife and daughters loved the massages. I cannot give it 5 stars because of how uncomfortable the pool chairs were. The loungers had no cushioning and the plastic lawn chairs were aged, stained, and some were cracked. I was planning on spending time at the pool reading a book while the rest of the family got massages, but literally could not sit on the lounge chairs for more than...

" Staff were very helpful and organised our activities and transfers .one of the Bathrooms had mouldy smell which needs resolving. In quiet location but easy to get taxi organised at reception . Food quality was ok if a little slow . Otherwise had enjoyable stay. "

"It is a homely property with a very helpful staff. They do their best to provide everything you request. The taxi service provided was excellent. However, the it is a hotel with basic facilities I.e. limited breakfast buffet menu and the quality of amenities but is good enough for the price they charge. They are an excellent 3.5 star hotel. "

"Hotel Presidency Ernakulam was comfortable and overall the service was excellent. My only disappointment was the checkout process. My flight left at midnight so I gave plenty of notice about needing to settle my bill that evening.. it took way too long to make sure my invoice was correct, and then to find a payments machine that would accept an international credit card."

The bar attached to the hotel ground floor is dimy lit but appears clean, and service is decent. Wifi is sporadic throughout the property but staff offered me a mobile wifi device during my stay. The restaurant food, served both in the restaurant and bar was good. Staff in the restaurant need more training on setup, clearing used plates, advising guests...

"Housekeeping is very poor. They do not check if the room is ready before handing over the keys to the customer. There was a kettle for making coffee in the room but no coffee or tea sachets. No hot water in the shower."

"Friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Room had a good view, includes fridge, plenty of storage & quiet enough to sleep. Door has a peep hole cover and a strong door bolt in addition to the lock! Please include small hand towels, hangers in cupboard. Pre-set TV channels & provide only 1 remote. No one has time to decipher TV settings. "

"You get what you pay for in india . At the same time, this place didn’t even offer a bar of soap in the bathroom, nor any towels. For a blanket at night i used 2 thin beach towels . Not to mention that my room had the scent of a sewer at 2 in the morning "
