"Love staying here for the relaxation silence and breakfast supplies. On the letdown side... A bit of dust and cobwebs particularly up high and round dryer and washing machine. A guests view sitting on the toilet or looking from couch tells alot. Responsive to request to split beds as per booking. Great to have a smart TV to enable more TV options. "Ian and Michelle couldn’t have been more accommodating or friendly hosts. They were good enough to allow us early check in, which was really helpful as we had perishable food in a cool box to put in the fridge. Our room had a very comfortable bed, powerful shower and even a great iron! The motel is very conveniently located to all the great shops that Greytown has to offer. It also has a good sized car park which all rooms are close to. Highly recommended. Alex & Bronwyn January 2025"

"Arrived at hotel to unhelpful and dismissive receptionist, arrived in room to find no soap in shower, one fork and no other utensil in drawer, no coffee plunger, no dish cloth or tea towel, no microwave. Outside the Smoking area for all guests was very close to our windows and no chance of privacy from them during day unless curtains fully closed. Noise from upstairs rooms very noticeable. "
