"Room was nice. Pillows were far too soft and collapsed down too much. My bed was fine but my wifes bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Didnt take to the bathroom construction at all. Glass door and to some extent open to personal vision from outside. Its a no no. Water for room would be nice "

The spa was busy and we needed to time going with the kids, though the facilities were lovely and we would definitely stay again. "Great location and staff very helpful and friendly. There was a wedding happening whislt we stayed there and apart from seeing the bride and groom doing their photos we didnt even know a wedding was happening. Nice countryside walk into Thame as well. If i had to find issues then the room could have done with some complimentary water and dressing gowns though which was a bit of a surprise considering we were in a suite and the cost of it. Car park is a bit of a walk if its raining. However...

"Welcoming and attentive from arrival to departure. The toiletries provided were so nice. The food was scrumptious. The bed was really comfortable. We had the accessible room which had a ramp up to the door and the bathroom was a wet room. If you are a wheelchair user or find steps difficult its worth checking how accessible the restaurant is as there were a number of steps in different areas to go from the outside to the bar on to the restaurant. "
