We informed reception that our tv color was not working and the next day a new tv was installed. The beautiful staff also organised airport transfers which made our life easier. "The Reef Retreat setting is very nice and tranquil. The only drawback for us was our room was a top floor one. We had lots of suitcases due to our cruise before we disembarked in Cairns.
