"The Astor Hotel is a great place to lodge while visiting Athens. I traveled alone from the states and found the staff hospitable, hotel clean, bed comfortable, great location access to train, bus, sightseeing, walking etc., in the center of the active city, close to SYNTAGMA square, near an assortment of eateries and dining, nearby retail shopping, phenomenal roof top view and dining, amazing breakfast buffet, modern and cool bar and decor. Excellent! My only gripe is the half glass partition...

"The breakfast options for vegetarian/vegan could’ve been better with more option for Asian Travellers. And also we discovered that the room keeping person who had come to do up our room on 1/4/25 had gone through our stuff, as we found some items not in the usual place. So if you can guide/instruct staff not to go through guests’ stuff/items/luggage."
