"The two things that stand out to me that I thought were top notch were the convenience of the location and the excellent service by everyone who worked there. The room was not above average but everything else was. I enjoyed having breakfast on the patio each morning and I loved sitting in the garden right outside my door. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"No recomiendo el lugar. El desayuno es terrible....Yo encontre un pedazo de resorte metalico entre los huevos revueltos. La duena del establecimiento nunca reconocio su responsabilidad...y al final decidi dejar el lugar y no presentar una demanda formal..... "

"It’s a bit off the beaten path but once you get here, it’s very well kept and the owners are very accommodating. Each cabin has a fire place and they start a fire for you at night. There is also a heater for when that isn’t enough."

"Quiero quejarme de la administracion de este hotel, ya que yo reservé con expedia con bastante anticipación. Llegué a las 6pm y me dicen que ya no tienen habitaciones! que no tenian la reserva. Y gracias a amigas a las que yo había referido tuvimos donde pasar la noche, a pesar de todo esto nos cobraron en efectivo y nos dicen que es culpa de EXPEDIA no de ellos. A mi amiga le chocaron el auto dentro del parqueadero, no hay nadie que controle el flujo de autos, ni los parqueos. Pésima...

"Un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo. Vi algunos colibris en el jardín y la familia es muy bonito, habla Quechua y español. Es un camino corto desde el centro de Otavalo pero sentí seguro en caminar allí. So much quieter than other properties in the center of the city. Breakfast is simple but sufficient and I felt safe walking to and from the downtown area for other meals. The owners are wonderful and speak Quechua as well as Spanish. Some beautiful long-tailed hummingbirds were out in the garden."

"Reservé con una tarifa muy baja, al llegar al hotel me dijeron que era un error en la pagina, no me sostuvieron el precio pero me hicieron una rebaja. La atención fue buena. El volúmen del televisor en la recepción era muy alto en horas de la madrugada, lo cual no permitía descansar muy bien."
