"Nice spacious, clean room. But had no bath. Staff sent confusing messages changing appointments at spa and restaurant a few times due to weather they said. Main Elevator with carpet had strange smell. Otherwise hotel facility was nice. Have to walk to gym in basement of a nearby apartment building, which is a bit of an inconvenience. Nd front desk lady did not explain where gym was. So we walked around. Building inside trying to find it for a bit. There was no sign for it. View is nice...

"The photos of the unit were beautiful however the wear and tear on the actual property did not compare. The bathroom sink constantly leaked and because the floors were not even they stayed wet. The nightstands were broken the refrigerator would not open all the way. I also was not notified until the day of check in that the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the entrance to the unit."

"It's a beautiful place but rooms need upgrade. Old room no fridge or microwave. Went with a child and didn't have a fridge to put her milk in. It was very disappointing. Room next to mine was shut down under construction."
