"The cleaning staff was rude and unprofessional, one of the front desk gentleman was very kind and helped out. However the bed was hard as a rock and when we got in the room there was dust like particles on all the pillows. It also was very far out from everything"

The bed was very hard though and the bathroom could have been cleaned better. There was hair and dirt particles on the toilet. Also, the room I had, had a stain on the bed.!"
