"Charming hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were quite large for a European hotel. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean. Steps away from the main plaza and several outstanding restaurants only minutes away walking. I will definitely come back to Aosta and stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. "Second stay at the Heliopic, first in the hotel then this one in the apartments, and just amazing. Fantastic well equipped immaculate apartment. The bedding is amazing best nights sleep in a huge bed. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The views are phenomenal and never cease to amaze. The pool and spa are perfect after a long day. The free coffees water and ice cream are a lovely touch. Highly recommend and will certainly be back. "

"The hotel was in a great location and had basic amenities for a weekend stay. It is called out as a spa hotel and the facilities are quite small and some basics were not provided in the rooms that I’d expect at a place calling itself a hotel and spa (like body lotion), but the bed itself was comfortable, the balcony view nice and clean. I did have treatments in the spa which were fine but the jacuzzi, pool and sauna were very small and not the most relaxing. Also, I had booked a triple room...

"Me and my family had a great time in this only. Yes, rooms are outdated but clean. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and always helpful. The only downsides are thin walls, busy road and hard beds & pillows."

"Great location in central Avoriaz and could literally snowboard back to the door. The terrace is fantastic and a great place to sit, drink beers / cocktails and enjoy the food that is put on. Dinner / breakfast, v good. Board room had good boot driers."
