"This is really a lovely hotel definitely 4 or 5* the staff couldn't be more helpful, friendly or accommodating. Throughout the whole hotel was immaculate at all times, despite never once seeing a house keeper during our 3 night stay. A 24 hour reception desk, a gorgeous, fully stocked bar and amazing separate restaurant. In a very convenient and safe location, with easy access to various public transport options and routes, a large selection of shops and some restaurants near very close by....

"Comfy stay, the hotel is in a convenient location and well furnished. I asked beforehand for a late checkout as was told to phone reception at 7am on the day (not very convenient if the reason you need a late checkout is to sleep!) I agreed a 2pm checkout as I had a meeting to attend online. During my meeting the telephone in the room started to ring loudly. They were calling to see why I hadn’t checked out! Then a short while afterwards a member of staff knocked loudly and tried to walk in! Not...

"We liked this hotel because of location, cleanliness and very knowledgeable staff that spoke English well. The only negative was the WiFi had no password and we got badly hacked within hours of using it. I would recommend staying off their WiFi unless they password protect it and keep changing the password often. We informed the desk of this problem. "

"I liked the check in staff friendly approach and also check out. I didnt like that they didnt explain you needed a voucher or ticket for the return shuttle to airport. I even made a comment that i was looking at the airport shuttle times...at the desk. It would have been helpful in this regard. "

"The Olympic hotel is stunning. From the moment you walk in, it’s stunning. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room has a beautiful view of the city in the distance. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Our rooms were serviced everyday, even on the weekend. We booked a breakfast which was delicious. Transport was a short walk to the trams and the train station was not to far away. "

"Nice hotel, good location for access to city centre but location around hotel is average, industrial with bins right outside that smelt, breakfast was average and room cleanliness was clumsy. Overall ok and did the job kind of vibe. "
