"There was a huge New Year's Eve party with a band playing until the early AM hours one floor below our room. The property never mentioned this when booking of when checking in. When I asked to have just that one night refunded, the property refused and said it was my fault. They should have asked to be moved to another building in the middle of the night. That would have meant packing everything and going to another building. I love that they blamed their unprofessional noncommunication on...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The comfort room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids (with bunk beds). The breakfast and food (in general) at the main restaurant is very good. Also, there is a kids room near the restaurant where kids can play. The Waterpark is just across the street from the hotel, so this is also very convenient. "

"Our stay was wonderful. We were lucky that it was warm enough to get into the lake. But even when it got a bit chilly, we enjoyed ourselves in the spa area. And let me tell you this, I've never been in such a charming sauna before. It is partially underwater. "Very friendly if limited service. The place is clean and appears well-run. The restaurant downstairs shares a name and building but seems to be independent. Regardless, it is nice and worth trying. Beware the church bells! For me they blended into the background by day 2 or 3 and became much less noticeable. "
