"We really enjoyed our stay. The comfort room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids (with bunk beds). The breakfast and food (in general) at the main restaurant is very good. Also, there is a kids room near the restaurant where kids can play. The Waterpark is just across the street from the hotel, so this is also very convenient. "

"The staff and owners are amazing. Myself and 4 coworkers need a large taxi (or 2 normal) to get to a business meeting a few kilometers away and the owner offered the hotel van to drive us there. I truly appreciated this act of kindness"

"Nice little family-run boutique hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable and a reasonable size. The location is about a twenty minute walk to downtown Vaduz, but an easy bus ride to there or Sargans station, Buchs is a bit more challenging. The hotel provided us with free bus passes for our stay. Nothing really special about this hotel. No views or anything else outside of a bed and breakfast. The breakfast, however, was excellent. "We booked a deluxe lake view room. The view was amazing but the room was so small that it didn’t have 2 night stands. It was like a $50 a night Econolodge off a highway. There is no air conditioning and it was very warm. We tried to open the windows but bugs immediately flew in. Breakfast was good and the pool and spa area are top notch. Overall it was overpriced and definitely not 4 stars. "

"Gutes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Einen großen Dank an die nette und hilfsbereite Kellnerin, die am 11.11. Abenddienst gehabt hat. Sie hat mich nach Schluss der Rezeption gerettet nachdem ich meine Zimmerkarte am Zimmer liegen gelassen habe und durch sie wieder Zutritt zum Zimmer erlangte. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Gerne wieder"

"There was a huge New Year's Eve party with a band playing until the early AM hours one floor below our room. The property never mentioned this when booking of when checking in. When I asked to have just that one night refunded, the property refused and said it was my fault. They should have asked to be moved to another building in the middle of the night. That would have meant packing everything and going to another building. I love that they blamed their unprofessional noncommunication on...

"Check in was a bit complicated because they use an intercom to relay a code after a certain time. The door had some technical issues. But the staff was very patient and helped resolve it in ~15 mins. The room is nice, only equipped with a fan (but windows open). The shower water runs under the bathroom sink in our suite, so i wish the shower was better built. Overall 4/5 stay. I would recommend the town and facility to POC."

"Our stay was wonderful. We were lucky that it was warm enough to get into the lake. But even when it got a bit chilly, we enjoyed ourselves in the spa area. And let me tell you this, I've never been in such a charming sauna before. It is partially underwater. When it was windy on the lake, you could see the waves hitting the windows of the sauna in a hypnotic rhythm. The service is really good and friendly.
