"I would definitely recommend this hotel. We visited Stonehenge and wanted to also see Winchester cathedral, which was a 10min walk away. Parking was plentiful, yet £7.20 a night. Cheaper than most hotel car parks these days. Great service from all the staff. Check in, spa, the bar and housekeeping. Room was clean, modern and the bed very comfortable. The spa was just what you needed to relax after a day sight seeing. Great amenities and would stay again."

"Always enjoy a stay at malmaison, suites are lovely and spacious, never stayed in standard rooms. Dinner options are relatively limited but there is always enough choice and the food doesn’t disappoint. Breakfast also good. Both continental and hot choices if you want to pay a little extra and all cooked fresh. Bar tends to be that little bit quieter on a Friday evening so preferable for us to a Saturday evening! Another great stay, we’ll definitely be back yet again soon. "

"Tukki at the front desk was extremely helpful. She upgraded us to a suite because it was the only room available when we arrived early. Appreciated. We appreciate the buildings in Winchester are very old but we think overall maintenance of rooms could be better. "It was a lovely hotel with excellent facilities…especially the pool and spa. Lobby area is gorgeous and staff were friendly and efficient on check in.
