"This place was not as advertised, and should honestly be taken down as an option to stay at until things get improved or drop the price significantly. It smelled horrible and old. It was freezing. The mattress had stains on it. The hot tub that was advertised was covered in dirt, pine needles and bird poop. The decor is overwhelming and straight from the 60s and not in a charming way. "This was the First time in the Big Bear area. The cabin is well equipped and comfortable. Our host Jennifer was very helpful during our stay. We would definitely go back for another stay. This is a great place for a family vacation. "

"After arrival the house alarm went off for a good 5 minute blazing sound throughout the whole mountain which the check in desk didn’t even tell us about. Tried to call front desk about 20 times without getting through to them…kept getting me connected to another property.
