"I really enjoyed this property. My wife and I stayed here for about a week. We got a Studio and it was plenty spacious for the both of us and our luggage. The bed was decently comfortable. We appreciated that the room had a washer-dryer machine in the unit. The machine is in German but there is a booklet with instructions in English. The room also had other standard amenities such as a hair dryer, complimentary water, heated towel rack, etc. The hotel is about a 7 minute walk to Belvedere Palace and another 10 minute walk to the city center. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would come back. "

"Lovely hotel with a truly independent feel and a traditional approach to the delivery of customer service in the modern day. Genuinely friendly staff who are very experienced in what they do. In many respects it was a refreshing change from the typical corporate chains of hotels. Worthy of special mention are Gilbert, hotel manager, who we met at the front desk on arrival. He immediately made us feel relaxed and at home in our new settings. And Sanjay, head barman, who was an absolute pleasure to meet. Very friendly and very knowledgeable about his craft as a barman. The hotel benefits from a great location and offers a great breakfast which seems to please everyone. Also worth a mention is the sauna and steam room which is a great way to relax and refresh. Also, we had a nice bed with a ‘pillow menu’ and a super shower. Difficult to find fault with. "
