"The Hotel Ballast is beautiful and the rooms are very nice. The breakfast bar ($18 per person) was awful. The eggs tasted the cardboard and the potatoes were hard and over-cooked. It was very disappointing. The waitstaff and front-desk staff were very nice and accommodating. It is in a very scenic and convenient location. "

"The daily fee was supposed to include a welcome drink, 10% off food/drink and fitness discount. None of the 3 staff at check-in mentioned what the fee covered nor did the restaurant staff ask if we were guests of the property. I reached out to them on this and did not hear back. Hopefully, others receive this information when they check in. "

"Loved the smooth contactless check-in! The King suite was clean and welcoming! The only thing missing were hangers which I noticed immediately as I was in town for a wedding! Otherwise the stay was great and the complimentary snacks and refreshments were appreciated! Would recommend to a friend! "

"This property is in an awsome location. We parked the car and did not get back in it until the end of our stay. The riverwalk, shops and dining were all wonderful. The area is noisy at night, but knowing that up-front was helpful."
