"The worst part was the service from this 4-star hotel! I can't believe this is the standard from Marriott. Our bad experience started right at check-in — they didn’t give us our room number (usually it's written on the key card packet, but they skipped that) and didn’t mention anything about the breakfast coupon. "The gym was closed due to a room flooding, we had no backup toilet paper for a room with 5 guests, and shampoo was completely empty. Breakfast downstairs at Motor City Kitchen was great! The parfait was out of this world. "

"My second time staying here. Absolutely love the ambiance. Staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Only downside was this time the soak spa pool was closed and that was my top reason for rebooking. "
