"Absolutely excellent hotel, brilliantly helpful & friendly staff, restaurant very good, certain breakfast items could be served warmer such as sausages, bacon beans, this was mentioned however it seems that my suggestion was sidelined. Other than this minor issue all else in the dining area was great. Some mould obvious in shower cubicle which we endeavoured to ignore. Again worth mentioning however would certainly not discourage visiting again and for sure recommend to friends and family. Other...

"The grounds were absolutely beautiful, the gardens and being located right beside the river was very special. The room was very attractive and very very comfortable. I loved that it had a little patio area overlooking the gardens in the pool. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Very clean."

"Palm gardens was an excellent base for us whilst visiting friends in danang and hoi an. Using grabs was a convenient and cheap way to get around. Service was awesome, the room was clean and comfortable tho in need of a renovation. Facilities were good and drinks and food great. Mr Long the lifeguard was a funny guy who kept us laughing.
