We had some trouble with the wifi, but they gave us a pocket wifi to use. They were very accommodating and responsive. Only thing was only 1 hotplate in kitchen is functioning (as 2nd one too close to wall so fire hazard so it’s inoperable). "This was our first time visiting Hiroshima so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but it’s hard for me to imagine a better location than this. The unit was clean and spacious with nice amenities like a washer/dryer and a patio area with a nice view. The unit is at the back of the building so the noise from the road is really minimized. There’s a streetcar station basically right in front of the building, too. This provided the space for our family to be together, and for privacy when needed...
