"We had early acces to our room, which was good. But there was dust all alongside the walls. The bed was not steady enough, very soft matras. Also, someone from the reception walked into our room while we were in it. Without knocking! Very unprofessional. There were reddish stains on the bed linnen. After mentioning this to the front desk, we said we will not come back again. And the response was, well I think we tried our best. Only apologies, no resolutions to help solve the problem or to try...

It’s part of the football ground, so idea if you’re going to a game. Standard breakfast buffet type arrangement. Oh, it also has a mega climbing wall! Be nice if they vacuumed the rooms too. Not overly dirty, just in need of more care when cleaning "

"Lovely, simple, comfortable hotel with a cosy, authentic feel. The room was comfortable (great beds and plenty of room) and everything very clean and well cared for. Our room was at the front of the hotel overlooking the street and it was very, very noisy for much of the night. Guests who are light sleepers might want to request a room facing the back."
