We stayed there because we came the night before a cruise and wanted somewhere inexpensive to stay. It happened to be a relatively cold day and the air conditioning didn’t seem to have a heat setting. That being said, it was about what we expected for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Stayed here prior to a cruise. Very disappointed in the cost of a shuttle to the port $35 pp. we had taken a shuttle from Houston to the hotel at a cost of $26 for a much longer journey. Next time will stay closer to the port in a hotel with a free shuttle"

"Loved our stay. We booked a 2 bedroom suite, which is a very rate find, at a very reasonable price. Front desk gentleman was extremely friendly and courteous. Room was spacious and well equipped. Instead of giving out mini bottles of toiletries, they have wall mounted shampoo, conditioner and body wash which I actually appreciate since it's a bit more environmental friendly than throwing away/down cycling mini bottles after just a few nights of stay. The hotel room seems to have been updated...
