"Love the pool facilities overlooking the mountains. Staff was friendly and accommodating and helped with dinner reservations and much more as we were traveling with a broken foot and in a wheelchair. Highly recommend!"

"Solo traveler going through Europe for the first time. Not much was available in Innsbruck at the time so I booked just 10-15 minutes outside city in Rum. It was almost next door to a bus/tram/train terminal which was awesome and even better was you barely heard them going. Only two things I didn’t like (which is just personal) but it is very old school and no 24/7 reception. For example the door to your room is opened with a key, not a tap card. And if you get back to the hotel after 21:00 or...

"Traditional alpine hotel outside of Innsbruck. Very spacious, lovely and clean with big, comfortable room, a great gym and a fantastic restaurant on site. Great choice on the menu and top quality. Easy run into Innsbruck (20 minutes in the car)."
