"Absolutely amazing , stunning location, hotel was so beautiful, photos don’t do it justice ! Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. Can’t wait to go back! "

"Beautiful historic hotel in the thick of the most visited area in Innsbruck. The staff bends over backward to be helpful, and the rooms and the hallways on each floor are different. Comfortable bedding, great on-site restaurant, although many other restaurants are in the area. We had a lovely view out our window looking toward the Alps. We would love to return and stay at this hotel again."

"Solo traveler going through Europe for the first time. Not much was available in Innsbruck at the time so I booked just 10-15 minutes outside city in Rum. It was almost next door to a bus/tram/train terminal which was awesome and even better was you barely heard them going. Only two things I didn’t like (which is just personal) but it is very old school and no 24/7 reception. For example the door to your room is opened with a key, not a tap card. "Great accommodation, very clean overall, spacious, clean bathroom and shower. We asked for a cot for our 1,5 year old and it was already in the room with sheets and everything. We had a great breakfast, it looks small but everything is refilled all the time. You can choose whatever you want, different breads, eggs, fruit, yoghurt etc.. Would stay here again next time."
