"Great hotel to stay at. Very clean, close to airport, hospitable staff, great selection of breakfast and dinner buffet. Exceptional great job done by Joise, Jackson, Jerwin, Faisal in making my stay a great one and making me feel welcome everyday. Housekeeping staff did a great job ensuring the room was comfortable and clean. All other team members were brilliant, names too numerous to mention."

"Perfect location, excellent room with large, comfortable bed and everything cleaned to a high standard. Good a/c and wifi. "Husband and wife on a short two personal trip. The reception was exceptionally professional. The room was very clean with a well maintained boothroom and bed. The mattress was too soft for us. Everything worked as advertised. Hot water and rain shower all times of the day. They provide freshly laundered pool towels though the pool is a bit neglected. Need to watch out for birds/ bird poop in the pool. Better to change/ wash up in the room rather than the changing room next to the pool. Good for...

"The property is very good, nice ambiance. The rooms were pretty good with all facilities. Maintenance of swimming pool was average. Food was good. The biggest drawback was the expectation that we will have good mountain view but was disappointed due to lot of trees around the property which blocks the views. The way to the property was quite steep and need a trained driver."

"The reception when we first arrived was a bit frosty. The restaurant breakfast service was extremely poor. Our Valley view room had a toilet roll holder you find in some office buildings where roll is locked and tissue is pulled though a small gap. Two days in a row, the tissue was trapped and could not be pulled out. Each time this happens you hsve to call reception to get it sorted. I am sure I am not the only one to experience this so why not resolve it? One day we came back yo the room...

Perfect place

"I had an amazing time at Coconut Lagoon.I was trapped alone and tthe staff made me feel welcome and at home. Really each member of staff was very helpful. The resort is extremely well maintained. There are free activities. I highly recommend the river walk, it is amazing. The guide, Vignesh,.did a great job in keeping us safe. I would also like to thank the ladies of the cleaning staff, Shanti and Sishwyria, for their friendless and work. The receptionist Sareeka was also very helpful. I just can compliment the manager, who I had a chance to meet, for the great work he is doing. I would definitely come again. "
