"Air conditioning in the room seemed to time off during the night making the room very hot for sleeping, even on a relatively cool January night outside. Tissues ran out in the bathroom. Even though there are disability rooms with sh ower rails. our 5th floor room had none. My wife, having had a hip replacement felt insecure in the spacious shower with no rail to steady her steps."
