"Rooms (221 & 219) were large and clean. Bedding was comfortable and enjoyed a good couple of nights sleep. Coffee & Food was excellent although pricey (this is typical in any Accor facility to offset their Accor Club dining discounts). Staff were excellent (long suffering)from front of house to restaurant and housekeeping. Be prepared for pandemonium during the weekend with kids and tired or entitled parents. Huge range of activites (indoor/outdoor pools, taboggan, ice rink, gym, kids train etc)...

"Really enjoyed this little boutique style hotel. It did feel a bit like an upmarket motel. The mattress was extremely soft and the walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything going on in the next rooms. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was good and dinner in the restaurant was delicious. It has nice hot tub and is in a good location. "

"One of the most memorable views from a hotel room I’ve ever had the privilege to experience. The view from the terrace is unmatched both day and night, assuming you have a clear sky for star gazing. The room itself was comfortable but quite tired. Lots of scuffs, wear and tear. Clearly it has been much loved for many years but is in need of a minor face lift. That said, it was perfectly clean and didn’t detract front the stay. It would take a lot more to make me regret booking a room with that...
