"I've stayed here a few times, as it's close to my mother's home. Convenient to Westfield. This time I stayed in a King: loved it, level 7, quiet and felt safe. Shower took full 10 minutes to warm up, so there's not great hot water system. Not great halving a cold shower when rooms are pricey."

Receptionist stated that there were multiple eateries (7 or 8) over the road if I wanted food. Bottle shop closed exactly 7pm. Which was when I arrived. Absolutely devastated. "The only reason I dropped a star was because this was my second stay in the last month and on both occasions, the emergency alarm went off in the early hours of the morning and lasted for ages waiting for the fire brigade to arrive. The first time it happened another guest said it had happened the night before. You seriously need to get this alarm fixed because on neither of the 3 occasions was there an actual emergency. Otherwise great place to stay."
