"Room was warm so I opened the window (lovely) but it was above the grease vent for the restaurant below. My room smelled like a chip shop. The hotel itself was beautiful. Very central. Lovely neighborhood and superb staff."

"In the heart of Lille . Well maintained property and easy access to public transportation. The staff was friendly and a shout out to the young lady at the front desk Asia she went up above and beyond to welcome us . Gave us the city map and she explained to us the site we must visit and the places we could dine based on our preferences. Thank you Asia for your hospitality and support during our stay ."

"Clean and modern hotel with excellent front desk staff. Secure underground parking which is a bit tricky to get to. Very convenient for the stadium and nearby science park . Good Auchan shopping mall and metro station 10 minutes walk away. Restaurant was closed and no room service during my stay so only option to eat was take away delivery or walk to the mall."

"Convenient. Comfortable. However, don't think a Nescafé coffee sachet good enough for this type of hotel (luckily i brought my own coffee bags) and didn't like the hand held oddly shaped shower; also found the shower tray slippy when the water initially hit. But slept well and didn't hear the traffic which was good. "

"Wow what a find! I've know of Parkhotel for many years due to their sponsorship of women's cycling. Super friendly and helpful staff, very clean comfy room and what a breakfast selection, genuinely I stay in a lot of hotels and let's face it, brekkie selection can make or break it! I'm also gluten free due to an allergy and they had tasty gluten free selection. Great bar with a nice buzz in the evening. "I loved the proximity to the Lille Europe Train Station, metro and bus stops. Easy access to Westfield Euralile and many dining options in the town center. Took me an easy 5 minute walk to the mall and an additional 5 minute to the Center. Many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, Bureau du Change…loved the staff’s attention to the guests, and housekeeping did a great job with the room; it was spotless. Great amenities too (Rituals Products, a Nespresso machine and Kusmi Tea). Will definitely stay again! "
