"Very special hotel with nice hot spring pools, sauna, etc. The staff is super helpful and the installations nicer than the pictures. Their breakfast (which was included) and food is delicious! Nice place to visit Pienza and Montepulciano. In general we had a very relaxing experience it this hotel and would definitively would like to go back one day. "

"Don’t let the name fool you. This place has nothing to do with wellness. Knew Iit was a scam when I had to pass by an employee smoking at the entrance. No internet, uncomfortable mattress about 5” thick that overhung the bed. NOISY!!!!! Who has tile hallways in a hotel? Tired and dated decor, room was drab, uninspired breakfast, staff was polite, but not helpful. Stay away."

We arrived at the hotel and a very nasty, angry and unhelpful front desk man greeted us and just kept shaking his head No.....and pointed at a wall where keys should have been behind him.
