"It is very close to autostrada,which is good if you have car. The Breakfast was excellant,with a wonderful hostess. This lady is a big bonus to this hotel.The air-conditioning is building controlled,which would not suit everyone.The cleaner for our area had poor attention to detail. The lead cleaner was very good and corrected our issues."

"This property is in middle of Radda Chianti region, beautiful & mysterious. We loved the landscape around and since we had a car rental were able to visit the San Gimignano & Siena . We eish that we could have stay one more night an enjoy more of this beautiful nature. The propyby itself was beautifully decorated and I loved the vintage feel of that, breakfast was awesome and also we enjoyed one night of spa and relaxing there and one session of message . Very nice and kind spa staff."

"The front desk staff were wonderful. Our room was very spacious. I would suggest adding a full length mirror or at least a non-antique mirror outside of the bathroom. The morning breakfast was really well prepared and staff was always very friendly. The evening dinner at the property’s restaurant was where we had the problem. "I was supposed to stay here for seven days eight nights and from the first look of it the room that they gave me did not even have a window air conditioner was broken place was super dirty so I went to the staff to try to get to see if they can refund me the money they will not even do that. I called Expedia Expedia trying to dispute, the cost honestly, I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place. It’s too far from the sites. It was awful. "

"Was a lovely place to sleep for the night. The drive up was an eye opener but once we were there, we felt like we went back in time. Unfortunately it was raining all day so we couldn't walk the gardens or the pool but they looked amazing. The only dinner option was their restaurant which was a bit expensive but otherwise a great experience."

"Pros:Best hotel hairdryer ever! Beautiful grounds and surroundings. Lovely pool and outdoor facilities if the weather had permitted....Lovely restaurant staff. Be prepared to walk outside a bit to the restaurant, pool, reception and parking. The shower was awkward. Very limited storage space for clothes, luggage, etc. No outlets for charging other than the bathroom. Only one pair of slippers for 2 guests. Basic toiletries. Overall, a gorgeous property. The hotel was 3 star at best with a 3.5...
