"This property was in an excellent location near the beach and right along the promenade with lots of lovely dining options. The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and very accommodating!"

Given that we opted for the all-inclusive option, it would also be beneficial to ensure guests can still order food outside the designated meal times. We went for dinner early, and later on in the evening, we were hungry, and there was no option for room service for us to order food! "

"We arrived at the hotel and the hotel was amazing from the outside. The first day, everything was fine. No issues and we was satisfied. However, the rest of the holiday there was no air condition while the tempature was 30degrees. It was roasting throughout the whole holiday in the room. The second day, we was in the lift, it was 02:05 in the morning hours and the lift failed and dropped from the first floor. We was stuck in the lift for about 20 minutes with no help. I then had to jam open...
