"This place was perfect from the time we arrived. First, check in was very easy and fast. We arrived at 11 (very early compared to the check in time which is 1500) just to drop off luggage , but they said our room was available, which already made this place 5 stars for me! The room was extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were also very nice. The restaurant and bar were a bit pricier then other places out in town, but the service and options make up for it! The breakfast buffet had lots of good options as well as the cafe in the hotel. Overall, would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be staying here again."

"We had a great time. The staff is very helpful. The spa is pampering and pleasant and the breakfast is excellent. There is a coffee and water station for almost the whole day."

"Very comfortable stay. Clean, quiet, in good location. Excellent breakfasts, but one does have to walk a couple of blocks to a nearby restaurant, which offers a menu of cooked breakfasts. "

"The hotel was very smart & clean. The staff always helpful. We had breakfast each morning, which is self service buffet with plenty of choice. Our stay was only 4 days, so didn't really experience the facilities to the full. But they have a bar & restaurant, a gym & pool table. The hotel is just a 10min walk to the beautiful Old Town & Market Square and 5min from Wawel Castle (look out for the fire-breathing dragon). There is an extensive tram network in Krakow, one line just 2mins from the hotel (unfortunately this line was undergoing maintenance during our stay). Overall, an EXCELLENT hotel"
