"We are a family of 4--2 teenaged sons and 2 adults-- we had a king/queen room. The boys shared the king and my husband and I shared the queen. We loved our stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were super helpful, the rooms were clean, and the room staff were accommodating and kind. The restaurant had tasty items on the dinner menu (we didn't try the breakfast). "Stayed here for one night on new year's. Was a comfortable stay, our room was quite a way from the entrance - up and down stairs and corridors, not a problem for us but could be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Room was a good size and had shower gels, tea and coffee. Comfy bed. Had dinner in the evening which was nice though seemed there was only 2 vegetarian options so a couple more would have been better. Breakfast was nice and a good amount of options. Staff were really friendly....

"Once again staff were lovely. Great hotel , everything you need. Close to the centre of Salisbury, 15 minute walk. Parking here £5 a night. Hotel is an older building full of character, near a river. Good breakfast and lovely and warm in all the common areas. "Loved staying here. Fantastic from the start. On check in we were given a warm greeting at Hettie Bells, where you check-in, (they kindly allow free bag storage before the afternoon check in) and the complimentary homemade cookies were a lovely surprise and greatly appreciated on the cold November day. Room lovely decorated, fresh feeling and nice ensuite bathroom. Room not spacious but a big double bed, tv, chair and hangers for clothes, what more do you need. We slept well, nice and quiet....
