"The receptionist was very helpful. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the town. We arrived at 5 pm and managed to get the last parking space. Other cars were parked over the cycle lane. We would have liked to have been able to reserve a space in advance since we had driven from Italy and parking in Metz itself would have been difficult. We hope to return again and see more of the town."

"The air conditioning barely worked. The supposedly great restaurant was “on vacation” - during peak tourism season! There was no extra lock on my room door or chain for security.
