"Really lovely hotel. We had a great 2 night stay in a lovely room. Sll the staff were lovely and friendly. The room was comfortable, particularly the bed. With a great, modern bathroom. We really enjoyed our drink in the bar, and breakfast which was well worth the money. The hotel it in a great position. Just down the road from the Abbey, Roman baths and Pultney Bridge. With Sally Lunns a must see and almost opposite. Only down side was the incredibly loud door slams from other rooms...

"The staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. The gym was well equiped and the pool/sauna/steam room provided a great opportunity to relax. The Club Room was perfectly adequate for two people and came with a sofa, which did allow us the opportunity to sìt while in the room. Breakfast came with plenty of choices."

"A good place to stay when visiting Bristol, as it's only 5-10 minutes walk into the City Centre & riverside attractions. The reception is spotless and spacious, with very efficient staff. Due to a fall the day before arriving my wife arrived in a wheelchair, and without any fuss or request from myself, the reception staff allocated us a wheelchair friendly room on the 1st floor. Both lifts worked perfectly, although at busy times there was a bit of a wait for one. On-site car parking (two...

"The people on reception were excellent - polite and helpful. Our room was good if a little dark. We would have liked additional waters on our second night but otherwise all good. Our only complaint was the service at breakfast which was pretty poor. The dinner service was great, but breakfast not so good. Breakfast was however delicious. Parking is a challenge but through no fault of the hotel. very well located for Clifton Village which is lovely. "

"Really enjoyed our weekend stay here. The location is excellent - only 10 minutes walk from most of the sights. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with a good shower. Breakfast was very good. Although the hotel doesn't have it's own parking, the Podium car park is right next door."
