"I was impressed with the location and facilities...we had a really comfortable sk bed. The kitchenette was great, we could make our coffee on the stove. There was a huge spa bath which we didnt use this time...aircon was qiuet...my only concern was the carpet in the entrance needed a clean, and the illuminated motel sign was very bright outside our room(room 15)but we will definately be back! Thankyou to the lovely staff😊"

"The location and setting is excellent, close to town and other ammenities. The rooms are spacious and have great views. The beds are very comfortable as well. Parking is also very convenient and off street. While very clean and well cared for, the decor could benefit from upgrading and refurbishment. "We stayed one night in a King Studio apartment. Quest Napier is quite central and the streets and parking were very busy when we arrived. We had booked parking under the hotel for the night which was a good thing. There are free carparks next door and across the road but only after 6pm and for some of the weekend. Our arrival was a bit early but they were able to find us a room that was ready so we could settle in. The lady at reception was great and showed me where to go for the parking and...

"I loved the historic style and look of this place. We got a nice studo room for a few nights and a wonderful patio to step out on in the evening. The staff were accomodating and friendly. Parking was kinda a pain, but they have a loading area to bring the car to unload and reload, but you have to either find your own parking or pay $20 per day for their parking a few blocks away. Glad it wasn't raining during our visit. The restaurants were great and the shopping is fun downtown!"
