"First room was bad. Ceiling dirty, seemed mold due to CA hitting directly with very low temp and humidity very high. Changed to a suite that was very good. "

"I booked this for only one night and wished I had stayed a week! I loved it! I had the room on the water, which was amazing but the garden is wonderful too. The Inn is small, charming and right on the water. It's out of town a bit, but I found myself driving everywhere anyways. This puts you right on the beach at least! (Note: This is not a luxury hotel, it's not modern (if you need a high-pressure shower, this is the wrong side of PR for you ;). "

"The hotel staff is very attentive and helpful. The facilities are well maintained and it feels safe. The Eclipse restaurant offers a variety of super delicious food and a high-end wine list. Very close to the beach which is beautiful, although I don't recommend going in the water due to the waves, unless you have a surfboard. I definitely recommend the hotel and hope to return soon. "The employees are Excellent, specially Manuel from the restaurant and the super Jesús. However, the property is not equipped for some movement disabilities persons. Some stairs do not have railings making its use almost impossible. That is a law violation here in Puerto Rico and should be corrected very soon. I am disable and this issue caused me much difficulty. "

"The Turtle Bay Inn is very nice, and the staff were extremely friendly & accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable & air conditioned. The shower was hot. Coffee excellent & breakfast sandwich was delicious. It’s in a residential area just around the corner from the. Plaza where u catch boats for excursions. "
