The property is large without outdoor activities including pool table, pool and basketball court and plenty of places to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Puerto Rico also experienced an island-wide power outage during our stay and the home has a whole-home generator so we were not impacted other than loss of Wifi, which was minor compared to how many others were impacted. "We (5 surfers) rented the property the first week of Feb 2023 and were extremely disappointed with the condition. Mainly, there was mold throughout the house with the lower level bedroom blinds covered in it. As such, no one felt comfortable staying in those rooms to the point where we had two people sleeping on the floor on the second floor living room (which also has mold on the blinds). "First - the photos of this property are great but, don't give this beautiful property any justice. We were in a different world perched up overlooking Anasco with the ocean in the background. We shut off the a/c's and opened up the windows and doors. The home was so clean that we dropped our shoes at the door and were able to walk barefoot. "The house itself is nice, great breeze through it. On the down side, didn't have water when we arrived, till next day, lost it one other time. No hot water, it would get warm, He did have a device put on one shower to heat it. Kitchen missing common things for cooking so we had to buy many things and leave them, our experience has been fully equipped kitchens. Overall we still enjoyed the place, hopefully the water issue will be resolved soon and the kitchen now has the basics, we also...
