"We had an amazing stay in Copenhagen. Much was due to the great location of the hotel - near the shops, restaurants, a great cafe down the road, near the art museum. We had breakfast at the hotel each day - a selection of everything you could want. We also dined at the hotel - the service was friendly, attentive and helpful. "The hotel was very dated to the point that the lift still contained an ashtray. The gym had out dated machinery that was rusty and did not work. The room had the ceiling patched a mixture of new and old bathroom furniture. Breakfast consisted of a buffet breakfast to which you were served coffee in paper cups. The rooms had no drink making facility and you had to request a drink at reception. The staff were very nice and helpful, we never discovered the tennis court or why the hotel had golf in...
