"This bed-and-breakfast goes above and beyond the call of duty in every way. The owner and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very, very clean, and very well appointed. It is also the most eco-friendly room that we have ever stayed in in our lives. The beds are large and extremely comfortable. The breakfast is absolutely amazing We cannot say enough about this bed-and-breakfast. We would stay here 1000 times over. "

"Location was its best feature (across the street from the train station). You have to call beforehand to make an appointment to check-in since there is no front desk. Service was very chaotic (they misunderstood how many people were staying in the room, they didn't know we had already paid for the room, they gave us the key to the wrong room's safe, etc.) but they made up for it by being friendly and cheerful unlike many other hotels in northern Italy where the staff can be frosty and awkward....
