"Only issues we hand was there was used towels in the draw, ac not working too warm in the room. Breakfast was finishing too early as we had a long journey before hand and got to the hotel at 9pm didn’t get up in time. And no option to have it in the room like in other Novotel. The fresh paint work and repairing of room were obvious. "

Shower was broken, water shot is all directions as mounting on the pole was broken and kept sliding down to the bottom, it had obviously been like that for some time. for a hotel charging those prices we would expect a rain fall shower plus a hand held"

We were in a top level room which was on the third floor - be aware there is no lift as you would expect staying in a heritage building.
