"My family and I loved our stay here! The staff was extremely helpful and kind, and we throughly enjoyed the large breakfast every morning! The room was very clean, and the location was nice and relaxing. It was a short drive from the beach, but it was nice to be away from the busyness of the town. I would highly recommend this hotel! "

"The bed is very comfortable and the shower is really good. The breakfast is great with a big variety of fruits and pastries. The room is spacious and the hotel is well located. My only reason for not giving a 5 star is that we celebrated our anniversary there and different than all the hotels we chose to celebrate the date in the past they didn’t offer anything to make it special. "Amazing location. The 4 stars on the building did not replicate the experience thou. I have spoken to the manager and staff about this, Frederik Felix, Studio Felix Ltd and advised a few things. No bottle of water in the room. Got some ideas how to change the interiors a bit and maintain the paintwork on the outside/rear. "

"This was a very cozy and romantic place to stay. Rustic and charming room. The meals in the dining room were excellent. We had massages that were also wonderful. What a great place!"

"Travelled with 2 adults and 2 kids. Got a double room. Lots of space, beautiful pool. Excellent chef! Unfortunately there was an issue with the plumbing and our toilet flooded twice. The hotel asks you to put your used toilet paper in the garbage -while gross this apparently is standard in Brazil. We did that the whole time yet it still flooded. Which was gross. The hotel was really good about it and moved us to another room but it was a major inconvenience. "

The mostly uncrowded beach was amazing during our long weekend away from the chaotic Sao Paulo!

We accidentally rented a compact car with manual transmission (most have this) and no A/C! Silly gringo. Also the traffic leaving the city was a disaster but after that it wan an enjoyable road trip. Until we had to come back in to the city, that is. There is a reason the rich use helicopters!
