"Adding lounge access with the room was very worth it. During check-in, I was told to sign a "pet" policy for the service animal that my veteran fiancé has, which was strange, but I was too tired to correct them. Also, only one of the two elevators connecting to the parking lot were working. At least all the elevators that connect the hotel rooms to the lobby/ground level worked fine."

"Excellent modern hotel in Lake Union South, a lovely peaceful tree lined area. Fortunately we were put in a large king size bedroom, most of the rooms are small. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. "
