"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. The staff at the restaurant wanted you to eat and go as fast as posssible. All in all terrible experience "

"Very good staff took care of a complaint I had about room being too hot solved issue. Great amenities especially in kitchen, spacious layout, great balcony. I would stay there again. Lots of parking, near town. "

"I love this hotel, it is centrally located and accessible to to bus and rail transportation.. while, the steps up continue to be a challenge this is not a deal breaker. I enjoy my visits here and love the view at bereakfast and the friendly staff. I recommend a visit here any time. Bill "

Great value for the price, room is spacious for solo backpackers, nice mountain view Toilet is clean, bed sheets and blanket are clean but a bit old Breakfast is fine for early birds, Super convenient with both train station and bus stops around, had a really nice time."

My only negative was that for such a luxurious hotel, there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, this is such an out dated practice and definitely dampens the experience when you can’t make a drink to enjoy on your balcony. "This Hotel is just perfect. We stayed there during our European Vacation and had a really good time. The room was clean and had enough space for 2 adults and a Teenager. The Breakfast was just awesome with local cold cuts, Yogurt, Fruits and more. We had a small talk with the owner who explained to us where all the stuff comes from. "We really loved it here. Although only able to be here one night, we regretted not staying longer. We were celebrating our honeymoon and they helped make this a special visit, including rose pedals and towel swans on our bed, very special for sure, and on our overall trip, that stood out as a small hotel who took care to do something unique for us. Excellent breakfast, clean, friendly and would highly recommend. "
