"The property and rooms were really nice and comfortable. Location is also beautiful. Strangely, we were not able to find any staff on Sunday for the entire day. It just felt a bit remote and abandoned during our stay (mid-December). I would also recommend arriving by car. Buses only arrive to the location every hour or so. "

"We were upgraded to a room with a mountain view and a balcony. The clerk at reception was very useful and spoke great English. The breakfast was very good and had lots to choose from. The hotel is very well situated straight in the mountains and a short drive to many attractions. Because we went at the end of March and beginning of April, not everything was open but still enjoyed our time."

"This hotel is brand new and has a lovely design in chique swimming pool style. The design looks very durable. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful, the bed one of the best we’ve had in a hotel! The spa is wonderful with a heated rooftop pool and different saunas. Very neat. Breakfast was super fresh with lots of choice. Located in the middle of Bad Gastein, so within 5 minutes of walking you have numerous dining options. 5 min drive from the ski slopes as well. Would definitely recommend and...

Great value for the price, room is spacious for solo backpackers, nice mountain view Toilet is clean, bed sheets and blanket are clean but a bit old Breakfast is fine for early birds, Super convenient with both train station and bus stops around, had a really nice time."

"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. The staff at the restaurant wanted you to eat and go as fast as posssible. All in all terrible experience "

"Such and amazing hotel with outstanding design and service! The restaurant is great with very good breakfast as well as dinner options. The room was perfect, the bed was very comfortable and we had great nights of sleep. The only thing to comment on are the doors in the hallways as they close loudly and we could hear it in the room especially in the mornings. "
