When I confronted the receptionist about the bugs, bugs started crawling on the counter as she casually squashed them and flicked them away as to not have evidence disrupting our wonderful conversation. I didn't stay and had to go and check into another hotel. I requested a refund but unfortunately even though they said they would FULLY refund but had to go thru expedia, they are...

"The outside of the Hotel doesn't do the inside justice. The Clarkton is a very nice hotel. Does need a bit of refreshing. Standing outside on the balcony shows the small details that need to be done to make it look better. Enjoyed the view of the mountains. Staff was very nice and respectful."
