"Very big hotel with lots of facilities that includes swimming pool, spa, gym, 500 car parking, restaurant and bars, etc. value for money and it’s close to the city centre with about 10 min drive. Very big room with king size beds, bath and shower facility with really big windows. Breakfast buffet has hot and cold including Continental options"

"Checking in was fast and friendly. The room was great throughout the stay! Lovely interior decor and furnishings. Air con was took a moment to figure out but we got there in the end. Overall it was a pleasurable stay at VOCO and I would recommend it to anyone else thinking of spending a few nights in Leicester , thank you. "

"It was good for parking, location for where I was goinf etc the only problem, which I don't like to complain about but it does need to get sorted is my bathroom drains had very bad smells coming out of them so closed door and opened window. I should have asked to move rooms though as it wasn't pleasant"

"I have been to this hotel quite a few times and always had a good experience. The location is very convenient for visiting the NEC which is the reason I choose this hotel. I usually don’t have time to use the facilities but this time I used the swimming pool. The women’s changing rooms were in a disgusting state with dirty towels laid in a large pile. No idea how to get a towel until another swimmer told me that I was supposed to be given it at the spa reception but the guy on the desk was too...
